Refund Policy

Eligibility:

Kolor Image Factory, also known as KIF, offers refunds within 24 hours after the initial service has been purchased. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
All products and services are refundable within the specified time frame.

Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Process:

To request a refund, customers must email contact@kifmybrand.com.
The email should include a purchase confirmation number or receipt of purchase either in the body of the email or attached.
Method of Refund:

Refunds will be processed through the same platform used for the original purchase, including PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, or bank transfer.
The refund process can take up to 72 hours, with an additional 72 hours for processing.
Return of Products:

As a service company, there are no physical products to return. However, if the service has been fulfilled, the client must not use the refunded service.
Exceptions and Special Conditions:

Refunds requested after the 24-hour period may be issued under unique conditions, as determined and approved by the management of KIF.
