Services Offered: Logo Design, Web Design, Text Message Marketing, Email Marketing, Branding Consultation, Marketing Consultation, Brochure Flyer Design, Content Creation, Graphic Design, CRM.

3. Payment and Billing

Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card, Zelle, CashApp. Please note that Apple Cash is not accepted.

Billing Process: Invoices are emailed to clients upon purchase of services. There are no recurring fees unless specified for specific services like CRM or marketing packages.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Time: Most services are completed within 72 hours of purchase. For social media marketing services, billing is on a month-by-month basis, with a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Shipping Fees: As our services are digital, there are no shipping fees. The delivery of services is considered complete once the final product is sent to the client.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: We do not offer refunds after 24 hours of purchasing a service, as design work may have already begun. If a different design is required than originally requested, an additional fee will be charged. For revisions of the same design, clients are entitled to unlimited revisions until satisfied, with a 48-hour period required for each revision.

6. Privacy and Security

Data Privacy: Customer data is used solely for processing orders, updates, and promotions. Clients can opt out of marketing communications by emailing contact@kifmybrand.com.

Security Measures: We use advanced anti-spy and antivirus protection to safeguard client information.

7. Terms of Use

Usage Restrictions: Clients own 100% of the rights to the final design once the service is rendered, except for ongoing services like CRM, which are subject to their own terms.
